This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.177/2015, registered at Police StationTendukona, District-Mahasamund (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence, facts and circumstances of the case and the manner in which the applicant obtained `50,000/- from the complainant for securing employment, I do not find any ground for grant of regular bail to the applicant.
