Agrawal Order On Board 28/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' land has been acquired by respondent No.3Raipur Development Authority under Section 56 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973, but neither valuation of the suit land has been done properly according to market value nor compensation has been given to the petitioner for which they have

made several representations before the respondent authorities, but the same have not been considered and decided till this date , hence this petition.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh representation before respondent No.3 supported by valuation report of the suit land according to market value. If such representation is filed by the petitioners before the respondent No.3, in that event respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the representation expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
