1. Heard on application filed under Section 482 of code of Criminal procedure, 1973 for restoration of CRR No. 708/2017 which was dismissed on 13th November, 2017 for want of prosecution.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit of Mr.Nabi Khan, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of CRR No. 708/2017.

3. Accordingly, the application (CrMP) is allowed and CRR No. 708/2017 is restored to its original number.
