1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in this writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate direction to the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the application that the petitioner has filed before the respondent no.2 under the provisions of Section 36 (1) (Fk) of the

Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.

2. The limited prayer has not been opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to take an appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner by passing a speaking order in accordance with law after due verification of facts at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
