This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.466/2015, registered at Police Station-Chhawni, District-Durg (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the IPC and Sections 5 (L) & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence, facts and circumstances of the case and the manner in which the applicant is said to be abducted the minor prosecutrix and committed intercourse with her on the pretext of marriage, I do not find any ground for grant of regular bail to the applicant. Consequently, bail application is rejected.
