This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.274/2015, registered at Police Station-Kotra Road, District-Raigarh (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the IPC and Section 66D of the IT Act.

After arguing for fairly long time, when the Court is about to pass order on merits, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application.
