This is second application for grant of bail. Earlier application was rejected on 27.04.2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that because of the rejection of the bail application by this Court, the applicant finds it futile to move application under Section 437(6) of Cr.P.C.

It goes without saying that in case, the applicant files an application under Section 437(6) of Cr.P.C. before the Court below, it shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law.
