2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the last para of the order dated 06.08.2020 passed in WPS No. 2985/2020, it was directed that the representation (Annexure P/5) which has been filed by the petitioner may be decided within a reasonable time. He further submits that the representation was already decided on 14.07.2020 and

therefore, the applicant may be given the liberty to file a fresh representation.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant without any further observation to the right of the applicant, the applicant is given the liberty to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2 within a period of two weeks and if such representation is filed, that shall be decided within a reasonable time.
