Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the learned Additional Advocate General and the learned Counsel appearing for the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board.

The Petitioner pleads that she is eligible for admission for BAMS course in the Ayurveda College in the State of Chhattisgarh. She pleads that she has erroneously entered the word "No" in the column which should have indicated that whether she is a domicile of the State of Chhattisgarh.

Going by the submissions of the learned Counsel for the Respondents, the date
for admission has been extended and the Examination Board has considered the representation of the Petitioner. The date of counselling is also re-scheduled. Under such circumstances, following the judgment dated 6.11.2017 rendered by this Court in WPC No. 2985 of 2017, it is directed that the 3rd Respondent will consider the case of the Petitioner sympathetically and extend to her such relief that may be possible including by letting her rectify the defect in her application. 4.
This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
