1. This is third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier first bail application was dismissed by this Court by order dated 23.08.2018 passed in MCRC No.4572 of 2018 considering prima facie case against him, his second bail application was rejected by this Court by order dated 06.12.2018 passed in MCRC No.9063 of 2018 considering prima facie case against him.

3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this petition, he further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

4. Accordingly, Instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However,

trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible.
