Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 4 / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), District Balrampur has refused to accept the application for issuance of caste certificate filed by the petitioner and, therefore, directions may be issued to the SDO(R) to accept the application and decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, the Respondent No. 3-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) is directed to entertain the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
