This M.C.C. has been filed by the applicant for modification in the cause title of the order dated 11.01.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No.1908/2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has incorporated amendment in the cause title but due to inadvertent mistake, in

the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in WPS No.1908/2015, the amended cause title showing the name of respondent No. 5 has not been typed. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in WPS No.1908/2015 be read with respondent No. 5 which is as under :- "Respondent No. 5 - Dr. Goldy Lanjewar, S/o Shri Madhukar Lanjewar, Aged About 39 Years, R/o E.W.S. 70, Vaishali Nagar, Tahsil Durg, Police Station Supela, District Durg Chhattisgarh."
