Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the bail application on the statement that the applicant intends to surrender and willing to apply for regular bail. He prays for a direction to the trial Court to decide the bail application of the applicant as early as possible. 2.

Considering the submission made, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. In case the applicant moves regular bail application before the Court below, the same shall be considered and decided as early as possible and not later than three days.
