1. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes through the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to decide the representation which the petitioner has preferred and which is pending

consideration before the respondents 2 & 3. The representation which has been made by the petitioner is against the action on the part of the respondents in discontinuing the service of petitioner which was on contractual basis on the post of Technical Assistant.

2. To the limited relief, the State counsel does not have any objection.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the representation that the petitioner has made, in accordance with law, on its own merits, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
