1. By this petition, the applicant has made a prayer for modification of order dated 21.1.2015 passed in criminal appeal in which the applicant was granted bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with two local sureties to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Court has not suspended the fine amount and the appellant is not in a position to deposit the fine amount.

3. This Court, while considering the application for grant of bail, granted bail to the applicant subject to the conditions stated in the order. The fine amount of Rs.1 lakh imposed on the applicant was not suspended by this Court. That

-2amount is required to be deposited. I am not inclined to modify the bail order to suspend the execution of fine amount.

4. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
