(2) Be that as it may, respondent No.1/Sub Divisional Officer, Raigarh is directed to consider and see that compensation (if any) is paid to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order on behalf of the petitioner.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
