When the matter is taken up for consideration with regard to the points raised as to the alleged contemptuous action on the part of the Respondents in not giving effect to the directions given by this Court, in particular paragraph-3 of the judgement dated 04.02.2019 and on confronting the Petitioners as to how that would constitute the alleged offence of contempt, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks for

permission to withdraw this petition without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the Petitioner to pursue other remedies available under the law. 2.

Permission is granted.

The contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
