This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.2/2015, registered at Police Station-Snaval, District-Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into account that the matter is fixed for accused statement under Section 313 of the CrPC, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to

conclude the trial expeditiously without further loss of time. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
