1. In compliance of the order dated 10.10.2017, affidavit of the Chief Secretary, State of Chhattisgarh has been filed, in which in para 6 it has been stated as under:- "6. That in compliance of the Hon'ble Court's order dated 10.10.2017, it is humbly submitted that, on 10.11.2017, a decision has been taken by the State Government that, in future, the exercise for filling up all the vacancies of the Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Tribunal would be undertaken 6 months prior to the date of demitting the office of the Chairman. It has been further resolved that, if for any other reason, there is a delay in appointment of Chairman, in such eventuality, the Additional Registrar would be appointed as Member of Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Tribunal as prescribed under Section 77 (3) (b) of the Chhattisgarh
Cooperative Societies Act, 1960."
2. Since the affidavit has been filed by the Chief Secretary, State of Chhattisgarh clearly stating that in case of any delay in appointment of Chairman, the Additional Registrar would be appointed as Member of the Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Tribunal, the matter is closed. Affidavit is taken on record.
3. I hope and trust that State will comply the contents of affidavit in its letter and spirit.
4. MCC stands finally disposed off.
