The applicant has filed this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is in custody since 15.02.2018 in connection with Crime No.62/2018 registered at Police Station : D.D. Nagar, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21(c) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to revive the same in case there is inordinate delay in disposal of the trial. 3.

State counsel has no objection to this proposition. 4.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving aforesaid liberty.
