Agrawal Order On Board 24/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that interim order dated 23.09.2017 passed by the Upper Commissioner, Bilaspur in favour of the petitioner is not being complied with by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Lormi, District Mungeli.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Commissioner for redressal of her grievance. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner, in that event the said Authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
