Shri Yogendra Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to file duly constituted appeal under the provisions of Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. He submits that a direction may be issued for return of the certified copy of the impugned order dated 23.06.2021.
