After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file detailed fresh representation with the respondents for redressal of their grievances. The prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation for redressal of their grievances before the respondents, who, in turn, may consider the same in accordance with rules.
