This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.160/2015, registered at Police Station-Daadhi, District-Bemetara (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence, facts and circumstances of the case and the manner in which on 26.12.2015 the applicant looted golden articles from complainant Kunta Bai, I do not find any ground for grant of bail to the applicant. Consequently, bail application is rejected.
