Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application dated 07/07/2015 for transfer on his own request, which is pending consideration before the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Bilaspur and no decision has been taken by the said authority and he has also made a representation on 30/06/2015, which is also pending consideration.

The writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue representation pending before the respondent No.4. If the petitioner makes fresh representation inviting attention before the respondent No.4, he

is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
