Agrawal Order On Board 29/11/2017 (1) Limited grievance of the petitioner is that his application for change of vehicle in regular permit is pending since 18.06.2017 and direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) State counsel has no objection if any such direction is issued to the respondent authorities.

(3) The present petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondent authorities to decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 18.06.2017 if already not decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
