1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Accountant under the respondent No.2, Koi Kukdur Government College, Kabirdham, whereas the wife of the petitioner is working as Inspector in the Police Department at District Durg. It is submitted that two daughters of the petitioner are studying at Bhilai, District Durg and the petitioner's wife requires a duty of tight schedule and she is unable to take proper care of her daughters and mother-in-law. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation according to the transfer policy dated 27.06.2019, which purports that the husband & wife both may be posted at the same place. It is submitted that the representation Annexure P-4 though was made to the respondent No.1 but the same has not been decided till date, therefore, it is prayed that the

-2representation of the petitioner to place both husband & wife at the same place may be decided according to the transfer policy of the State.

2. Considering the limited prayer made, without any observation on the merit as to the right of the petitioner, it is observed that the respondent No.1 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not observed anything on the merit as to the right of the petitioner.
