(1) The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 596/2015 registered at Police Station -Supela, Civil & Revenue District Durg (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 420,409,120-B,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of CG Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005 and Section 45 of RBI Act and Sections 3,4,5,6 & 7 of the Chit Fund Act. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed by this Court by order dated 01.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.768/2016

and now the Second Bail Application is filed only after three days on the ground that the applicants are not the Directors of Yash Dream Real Station Limited Company and the charge sheet has also been filed on 01.01.2016.

(3) I have heard counsel for the applicant and perused the case diary.

(4) The applicants' ground raised in the instant second bail application that the applicants are not the directors of the Company and they are not responsible for any misappropriation and they are only the employees of the said Company, all these grounds have already been considered in the first bail application while deciding the same by this Court and, therefore, I do not find any change in circumstances at all to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
