1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification of the order dated 24.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2984 of 2019. The modification sought for is only to the extent that inadvertently the subject of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned in the cause-title as "Commerce" instead of "Zoology".

2. Counsel for the applicant submits that error occurred in the case is clerical on the part of the office of the counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays for appropriate modification.

3. Given the nature of modification sought for and particularly taking note of the fact that this does not effect the contents of the order in any manner, this Court is of the opinion that the present MCC filed seeking modification in the order dated 24.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2984 of 2019 in the cause-title so far as the subject of the applicant is concerned and deserves to be allowed and it is accordingly allowed. It shall be read as Zoology instead of Commerce.

4. Let a copy of this order be made part of records of WPS 2984 of 2019.
