2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's Grade Pay has been reduced from Rs.7600/- to Rs.6600/- despite there being recommendation by the Local Fund Audit in the petitioner's favour. He would submit that the

petitioner is willing to make a representation before the competent authority for removal of the anomaly concerning his Grade Pay.

3. Let the petitioner move a representation before the competent authority within a period of 04 weeks, which shall be decided by a speaking order by the said authority within next 08 weeks.
