Heard on application for restoration of FA No. 538 of 2018 which was dismissed on 24.04.2019 for want of prosecution. 2.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 538 of 2018. 3.

Accordingly, MCC No. 522 of 2019 is allowed. FA No. 538 of 2018 is restored to its original number and list the case for final hearing. 4.

A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 538 of 2018.
