Agrawal Order On Board 29/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 13.11.2017 (Annexure P/11) passed by respondent No.3, the petitioner has made objection to the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Dhamdha, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad
Panchayat, Dhamdha is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's objection in accordance with law after hearing the parties expeditiously within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
