1. After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondents-State as also the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission ventilating his grievances so far as non consideration of the candidates with locomotor disability other than one arm one leg. According to the petitioner he is a candidate who is locomotor disability of both legs and the advertisement shows that reservation for the post of Assistant Professor (Botany) was reserved for persons with disability with one arm and one leg.
2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner is permitted to approach the respondent authorities by way of a suitable representation supported with all relevant records and documents in his possession in
-2support of his contentions and the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the same in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of representation.
