Agrawal Order On Board 29/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation before the Collector, Janjgir against the allotment of pond to the respondent No.6 herein, which is still pending consideration since 13.06.2016 and, therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Janjgir-Champa is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for cancellation of pond allotted to the respondent No.6 in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties expeditiously within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
