This is third bail application field under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 04.04.2014 in connection with Crime No. 74/2014 registered at Police Station - Tarbahar, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 22 of NDPS Act. 2.

The earlier two bail applications filed by the Applicant were rejected by this Court on 30.06.2014 and 20.08.2015.

After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays that a limited direction may be given to the Trial Court for expeditious trial. 4.

Considering the total facts and circumstances of the case also taking into consideration the fact that the trial is advancing at a slow pace, it is

directed that the Trial Court should make all endeavours for early disposal of the trial invoking the provisions of Cr.P.C. for summoning of the witnesses at the earliest and to conclude the trial expeditiously. 7.
