Agrawal Order On Board 29/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a serious dispute with regard to the Panchayat Building located at between village Ravelideeh and village Bodegaon against which the petitioner has made representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Durg, but the same has not been considered and decided till now.
(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Durg. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the said authority, in that event, the said authority shall consider and decide the same after hearing both the parties expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
