Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent No. 2- Collector, Jashpur against the illegal construction made by respondent No. 5- Nagar Panchayat which is pending consideration since 14.11.2017 which has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the Collector - Jashpur to look into the matter and took decision on the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application for stay before the Collector, Jashpur.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
