Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the tender for allotment of the pond has been issued by respondent No. 3 on 20.10.2016 but till date the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur has not finalised the allotment process against which the petitioner's society has also preferred representation before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered, being aggrieved against which this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner's society.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur is directed to
consider and decide the petitioner's representation and do the needful expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
