1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would not dispute that the matter in issue pertaining to the payment of salary during the period the petitioner remained on transfer, which was

subsequently found to be illegal, is no longer res integra, as the same has been settled by this Court in the matter of ku. Girija Patel Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others (WPS No. 2791 of 2017, decided on 03.07.2017).

3. In view of the above, this petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in Girija Patel (supra).

4. Consequently, the petitioner is entitled to the wages with effect from the date of transfer till the date she join their duty.

5. Let necessary steps be taken within a period of 60 days from today.
