After some argument, Learned Counsel for the Appellants prays for leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right to approach the Court again if the Respondents proceed to make any recovery pursuant to the orders dated 20.11.2014 and 7.11.2014 with regard to the scale paid to them before expiry of three years.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty to the Appellants.
