1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.60/2020, registered at Police Station Gaurella, District Gaurella-Pendra-Marwahi for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 452, 506, 323 and 325 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the Sessions Court.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, if the applicants surrender and apply for regular bail, the concerned Sessions Court shall consider and decide the same expeditiously.
