2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to decide the representation, Annexure P/1.

3. The petitioner is a teacher in the Middle School, Parsatola, Ambagarh Chowki, Rajnandgaon and transferred to the Government Higher Secondary School, Aaragahi, District - Balrampur.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No.2, the Director,

Directorate of Public Instructions, Chhattisgarh shall decide the representation, Annexure P/1 filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with the law and the procedure.
