Hon'ble Vacation Judge Order on Board 14/06/2018

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make further representation to the State Government against the order of the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make further representation before the State Government within 7 days from today. If such a representation is made within 7 days from today, the State Government would do well and dispose of the

same within 45 days from its receipt after hearing the parties.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
