Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by order dated 26/10/2015, the petitioner has been transferred in the mid session from Government Pre Middle School Kailash Nagar to Government Pre Middle School Kutelikala/Chhuikhadan, which is violation of transfer policy. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Durg highlighting his grievances, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion

on the merit of the case.

The petitioner is at liberty to file application for stay, which shall be considered also expeditiously.
