1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.103/2014, registered at Police Station: Excise Circle, Korba, Distt Korba, for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. This is the third bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail. Earlier two bail applications have been rejected on merit. There is no ground to entertain this third bail application and it is accordingly dismissed.
