2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 12/03/2018 (Annexure-P/1).

3. Petitioner is posted as Assistant Grade-III at Nagar Panchayat, Thankhamaria. He had filed a representation before the authority respondent No. 2 (Annexure-P/5) against order dated 12/03/2018 (Annexure-P/1).

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may file fresh

representation before the respondent No. 2 Director, Urban Administration and Development Department within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondent No. 2 will decide such representation within one month from the date of filing of representation, according to law and procedure.
