1. Heard on I.A.No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing the instant MCC.
2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, I.A.No.1 is allowed and delay in filing the instant MCC is condoned.

4. The applicant has filed this application for restoration of Writ Petition No. 17 of 2001 which was dismissed by this court vide order dated 7-5-2014 for want of prosecution.
5. On due consideration of the reasons assigned in the application which is also supported by affidavit of the learned counsel for the applicant, I am satisfied that the applicant has established sufficient cause for non-compliance of the order dated 7-5-2014.
6. Accordingly, M.C.C.No. 926 of 2015 is allowed and Writ Petition No. 17 of 2001 is directed to be restored to its original number. Sd/- (I.S. Uboweja) Judge Raju
