1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application to the Municipal Council, Ratanpur against illegal dumping of building material, which has not been decided till this date.

2. Be that as it may, the Municipal Council, Ratanpur is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation within 7 days from the date of fresh representation along with a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
