1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.302/2015 registered at Police Station Dabhra, Distt. Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the IPC.
2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, the manner in which the applicant and three other co-accused persons robbed the motorcycle, mobile and Rs.7,000/- from the complainant on 11-11-2015 and consequent recovery of stolen motorcycle from the present applicant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is rejected.
