Agrawal Order On Board 14/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in a need of Rs.3,50,000/- for several purpose. (2) Mr. Arun Sao, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner may refer representation to the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Udaypur for redressal of her grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the said authority, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of

7 days from the receipt of representation.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
